SRF, the full name of which is Solid Recovered Fuel, namely solid recovered fuel, is an alternative fuel made from waste after pretreatment. SRF shredder is a kind of equipment specially used for processing solid waste and converting it into recycled fuel. SRF shredder shreds materials based on the principle of low speed, high torque and rotary shear. The material enters the shredding box through the feeding system. The box is equipped with shredding knives and blades, and the push box pushes the material to the vicinity of the blades. The material is torn into small pieces by the shredding blades, pressed and sheared, and discharged from the screen holes.

1. Raw material collection and pretreatment collection: Collect discarded industrial waste such as textiles, leather, and fabrics from various industrial sources. Pre-treatment: After the raw materials enter the factory area, they are first sorted manually or mechanically to remove large pieces of non-flammable impurities such as metal and glass. At this stage, metal impurities can be initially separated by magnetic separation equipment.
2. Crushing and fine Sorting: Primary crushing: The classified raw materials are sent to the primary crusher to be crushed into fragments of about 5-10 centimeters. The moisture content of the materials is controlled. Raw materials with a moisture content exceeding 25% need to be pre-dried separately. Fine sorting: Use multi-layer drum screens and permanent magnetic equipment to further separate iron and non-ferrous metal fragments, and process non-magnetic metals with eddy current separators. The sorting accuracy of this link directly affects the calorific value of the subsequent fuel.
3. Drying and secondary crushing drying: A three-channel rotary dryer is adopted, with the hot air temperature controlled at 180-220℃ to ensure that the moisture content of the outlet material is less than 12%. Monitor the exhaust humidity in real time and adjust the material advancement speed to adapt to the characteristics of different materials. Secondary crushing: The dried materials enter the secondary crushing process, where they are crushed to a particle size of 1-3 centimeters by a hammer crusher. At the same time, a metal detector is installed for secondary inspection to ensure there is no metal residue.
4. Mixing and Molding Mixing: In a double-shaft mixer, different materials are mixed in proportion. According to the characteristics of the materials, an appropriate amount of binder is added to enhance the molding strength. High-pressure forming: Use a ring mode briquetting machine, with the pressure set within the range of 80 to 120 megapascals, and maintain the mold temperature at around 60℃ to fully activate the adhesive. The pressed fuel blocks are cooled and shaped by the cooling conveyor belt, and the cooling time is no less than 25 minutes.
